The Council of Ukraine appointed rewards for the military equipment of the Russian occupiers suitable for use (+ prices)

At its sitting on April 1, the Verkhovna Rada adopted many important initiatives against the background of the war, including a bill on the establishment of rewards for voluntarily transferred to the Armed Forces suitable for use military equipment of the aggressor state (№ 7229). Three hundred twenty deputies supported the document.

The law aimed at reducing the negative consequences of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine and the enemy’s combat potential. It provides for the introduction of incentives to cease hostilities by establishing monetary remuneration for servicemen of the armed forces, other law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, and other categories of persons for voluntarily transferred to the Armed Forces suitable for use of military equipment of the aggressor state.

In addition to payments, they will be guaranteed the secrecy of the transfer, safe stay in Ukraine, and will be assisted in obtaining new documents and travel to a third country.

The following monetary rewards provided for voluntarily transferred to the Armed Forces suitable for use military equipment of the aggressor.

In the history of this war there are already cases of transfer of Russian equipment of the Armed Forces by the occupiers and, judging by reports on social networks, there are many of them. As Olena Shulyak, the head of the Servant of the People party, aptly noted, this law will also support our “tractor troops” and servicemen directly – payments will be available to the military and ordinary citizens of Ukraine who seize combat-ready equipment.

“The enemy still has many military vehicles, much more than we do. We must replenish the “park” of our equipment in all available ways,” – said Olena Shulyak, chairman of the Servant of the People party.
