China’s national payment network UnionPay has refused to cooperate with Russian banks that have come under sanctions. This was announced by Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
“Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, VTB and other Russian banks can no longer send messages through the card of dual payment systems “Mir”- UnionPay,” he said.
