Switzerland will invest in Ukrainian climate projects of “green” energy

Switzerland will invest in the implementation of Ukrainian public and private climate projects of “green” recovery.
A corresponding agreement was signed today in Lugano, reports Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal. We are talking about projects in the field of electricity, heat supply, industry, transport, construction, agriculture, and waste.
“Ukrainian business will get access to profitable investments for the implementation of projects that will contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions and advance the country’s “green” transformation,” – Shmyhal noted.
In exchange for “green” investments, Switzerland will receive verified climate change mitigation results from Ukraine.
We will remind you that a large-scale international conference on the restoration of Ukraine is being held today in Lugano, Switzerland. The Ukrainian government should present there the Plan for post-war reconstruction and development of Ukraine.
