More than 75% of foreign companies have closed down in Russia, but there are some that continue to operate as if nothing had happened

Since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, the Yale School of Management has been monitoring the applications of more than 1,000 companies.

Of these, 750 companies have already publicly stated that they are voluntarily reducing their activities in Russia to some extent above the minimum required by law in accordance with international sanctions.

There is also a list of companies (about 191 companies) that have ignored all the bans and simply continue to do business in Russia, refusing any reduction. Among the most famous:

Alcon, Bonduelle, Carter’s, Oshkosh, Geox, Gorenje, HiPP, Lacoste, LACTALIS, LenovoLeroy Merlin, Liebherr, Qatar Airways, Raiffeisen Bank, Toyota Tsusho, UniCreditTurkish Airlines, Xiaomi
