In May, 107 inspections of gas stations began in Kyiv. By June 6, they had been completed at 56 gas stations, 36 of which had a number of violations. This was reported by the metropolitan department of the State Consumer Service.
Also, based on the results of 33 inspections, it was established that the entrepreneurs received unreasonable proceeds totaling 707.15 thousand. Violation involves administrative and economic sanctions in the amount of 100% of this revenue. The total amount of unreasonably received revenue and the fine is UAH 1.41 million.
During three inspections violation of item 4 of h. 1 Art. 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prices and Pricing”, namely the creation of obstacles to officials in the total amount of 102 thousand UAH.
According to the results of 20 inspections, no violations of the law have been established.
There are currently 27 inspections underway, the results of which will be announced later.
