Huawei showed its first smartphone without cutouts and holes live

It is similar to the Huawei P50 Pocket

Recently, the Huawei HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system was officially presented. Now the source has published footage from a commercial, in which a Huawei smartphone with an under screen camera was shown for the first time.

It is reported to be a clamshell similar in design to the previously released Huawei P50 Pocket, but with a main bendable screen without cutouts and holes. But even on the screenshot, you can see the place where the camera is located under the screen.

Back in February of last year, Huawei received two patents for the release of smartphones with a camera under the display. However, the manufacturer has not yet made any official statements.

Given that the Huawei P50 Pocket was introduced earlier this year, it can be assumed that its successor with an under-display camera will not be released until 2023.
