Airbnb has banned Russians and Belarusians from booking accommodation around the world
On April 4, the service for finding and placing short-term rent Airbnb banned residents of Russia and Belarus to rent housing around the world. All bookings canceled, and new ones cannot be made.
Reservations in Russia and Belarus starting on April 4, 2022 and later have been canceled.
Earlier, the service stopped operating in two countries after a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. Airbnb has also launched a program to provide free housing for Ukrainian refugees.
